Template:Minigame-infobox Skipping Class is a Free-for-All minigame in Mario Party 9. Its name is a play on a common phrase used to refer to truancy and the fact that players use a skipping rope.

Introduction

The camera zooms in slightly on the players as they jump rope in front of a fountain.

Gameplay

To earn points, the players must press the button combinations displayed in the sequence of buttons before the time runs out. The faster the buttons on the sequence are pressed, the more points awarded. If a player presses the wrong button, they will not receive any points for that round. The player that earns the most points after eight rounds wins.
