Normally, it is accessed by capturing the spark pylon attached to the aforementioned structure. In this location, Mario may find a Checkpoint Flag, Binoculars (through which the Sphynx can be seen after completion of the story), and a few New Donkers who welcome him to the city. Mario may continue forward into the streets or visit the park nearby (which is referred to as 'Squawks Park' on road signs), where the Jump-Rope Challenge is held and Talkatoo is found.
