Flashy POW Blocks are stickers that appear in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. They are flashier and stronger variants of normal POW Blocks. They can be found by upgrading a Shiny POW Block through Paperization and in Bouquet Gardens. In battle, they have a four-star attack power, and their attack range is for grounded enemies.
