The Basic Space is a very common space only in duel boards in Mario Party 3. If a player lands that space, he now owns it. If another player lands on the this space from now on, then he loses an amount of coins (depending on game turns) to the player who owns the space. If a player lands on his own space, he will get the same amount of coins.
