Mario Bros. may refer to:
- Mario Bros., the arcade game released before the Super Mario Bros. NES title.
- Mario Bros., the Game & Watch title which featured Mario and Luigi working together in a factory. It was later re-created for Game & Watch Gallery 3 and Game & Watch Gallery 4.
- Super Mario Bros., the first Mario platformer, first released for the Nintendo Entertainment System.
- The Super Mario Bros. live-action film, featuring an alternate storyline and starring Bob Hoskins and John Leguizamo as Mario and Luigi respectively.
- Mario and Luigi, the heroes of the Mushroom Kingdom who are often called the "Mario Bros." or the "Super Mario Bros."
