It is found in Twisted Suites, located on the eleventh floor of The Last Resort. It is north of the Suit Bathroom and the Bladed Bedroom, and south of the Inverted Bedroom.

There is a painting of a Goob, an Oozer, a Goob with an Oozer, and a Slinker. Behind the Goob painting, there is a safe, Luigi must pull a rope to reveal the safe, then Strobulb to reveal bills and coins.

After Nikki, Lindsey, & Ginny scrambled the door ways, it is north of the Suit Bathroom and the Stage where Luigi must enter to capture the the magician ghosts, and south of the Lounge. When Luigi enters the Suit Bathroom again, he is attacked by a Slinker, an Oozer, and a Goob popping out of the paintings, all of which must be defeated to proceed.
