:I do not remember any such red coin area, in any world, and none of the guides I'm looking at have the word "Sand Bird" in there. The sand bird is probably in world 7. I remember riding him in one stage, but it was a secret area. You rode him and he would spin with 8 coins and the ring. You'll have to find him yourself because my game memory was deleted.
