Template:Minigame-infobox Sick and Twisted is a 4-Player minigame that is found in Mario Party 8. The name of this minigame comes from "sick and twisted," which is said about a person who is exceedingly mean and mad.
Introduction
The four players are seen jumping across two circular rotating platforms and onto a square stationary platform, with the rotating platforms lowering down as the players jump off them.
Gameplay
The four players must reach the end of an obstacle course consisting of multiple rotating platforms, while avoiding Bullet Bills being fired at them.
The platforms rotate either clockwise or counterclockwise and vary in color and size: Yellow is smallest, pink is larger, and blue is largest. Each platform features white arrows that indicate the direction of its rotation. Players that are hit by Bullet Bills or else fall off the platforms and touch the ground are eliminated. The players that reach the end of the obstacle course win. If all players are eliminated, the minigame ends in a tie.
Ending
The winning character(s) celebrate(s) victory on the last platform.
