Darkly is an immigrant from Twilight Town who moved to east Rogueport, behind the fake wall. In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, Mario and his party try to enter Twilight Town but the Warp Pipe rejects them. Darkly tells them that they need to have a piece of clothing with their names on it to enter the town. After he does the favor for them, the party continues on their journey.
Darkly is a Twilight Towner.
