This level is a remake of World 1-3 from the original Super Mario Bros. with several differences. The player has to get to the end of the level. However, the highest platform and the two coins before it have been lowered, and the Super Mario Bros.-styled Hard Block staircase is now made of Super Mario Bros. 3 Wood Blocks.
