While they look more "generic saguaro" than "Pokey," their JP name indicates they're just as much Pokey as Snifit. More to the point, I ''suppose'' that could qualify them as a variant, though I feel like the JP name for Pokey is just sort of a default "that's what the call all cacti" thing. I wouldn't know though.
