I just noticed something- Barribad's name seems to be a pun on "very bad" as well. This would explain the name of its stronger relative, Sobarribad, as it sounds similar to "so very bad". Can I add that Fleeping the projectiles doesn't work? Instead, it stuns them for a moment, drops them to the floor and makes them Vanish Lava Juggle (talk) 15:38, May 25, 2019 (EDT)

Another way to beat Barribads[edit]
Using Dottie will make the Barribads/Sobarribads/Dark Barribads unable to see Mario, which makes them drop their shield.
