Food restores a small amount of damage when consumed; the amount of health restored varies depending on the food. It can be recovered from Crates, Capsules, and other similar containers, and can be found in large quantities inside of Party Balls at a 36% chance. Food heals very small portions of damage compared to other healing items. The food that appears in Super Smash Bros. Brawl is different and may heal anywhere from 1% to 11%.
