Forgot to mention, but you can still create talk pages when you are not autoconfimed. Also, when adding a talk page message, you should split it into a separate section if it is about a different subject instead of replying to a different discussion. Also, in pages sections should be split with spaces so for example a references section should be split from the page's templates however templates should not be split from categories.
