::Unless they genuinely don't know at all and this issue carries over to mainspace, don't worry about it. Lots of users know the correct grammar but choose to forgo it in communication for the sake of typing out a quick message. {{User:Mario jc/sig}} 21:21, 29 January 2019 (EST) |

- Hmm, your talk page isn't for information about you, it's for discussions with you. Please move that info to your userpage. Yoshi Egg 1990 21:30, 20 August 2018 (EDT)
Whoops! I have just moved it to my userpage by copying and pasting it. Thanks for catching that.

- For some reason, your signature was transcluding your userpage contents. This leads to another point: if you want to change your signature and aren't familiar with how to do it, go to your preferences area and use wiki markup to change your signature in the signature area. Once you're done, check the box that reads "Treat the above as wiki markup", then save the page. Remember, all signatures must contain links to the user-in-question's user page and user talk page. Thanks! (T|C) 21:41, 20 August 2018 (EDT)
Forum talk
Hi, just letting you know that talk pages are for discusions about improving the article, not for forum-like disscusions. If you want to discuss with our community facts about the Mario franchise, feel free to vist the Mario Boards (Just note that you will need to create an account there in order to post). Yoshi Egg 1990 20:22, 30 August 2018 (EDT)
Thanks for letting me know-didn't know about that before.

About Noteworthy and not Noteworthy Trivia
Hey, Mario Jc, I just saw your Cloud Kingdom edit.
Regarding the edit, which trivia is noteworthy and which trivia is not noteworthy? Just wondering, since noting that a kingdom has no 8-bit segments is noteworthy trivia, but noting that a kingdom has no Coin Rings is not noteworthy trivia. Perhaps you can include a link to which trivia is worthy of being noted and which one isn't. Mari0fan100 (talk) 16:52, 15 September 2018 (EDT)
About Super Mario Odyssey Photos
Are we allowed to insert in photos of someone playing Super Mario Odyssey in "Assist Mode"? If no, why not? Mari0fan100 (talk) 18:41, 2 December 2018 (EST)
All Prepped
Just confirmed my email address yesterday. Now I won't have to make any more accounts since I can easily get a new password by email if I forget my current password. Mari0fan100 (talk) 11:33, 27 December 2018 (EST)
Re:Least Favorite Character?
I'm not sure I have one aside from her, to be honest. I like or am indifferent to most Mario characters; the only reason I hate Baby Rosalina so much is because she contradicts the very little Mario canon established (Rosalina's storybook). bluereddarkorangegreenpurple
Inactivity Reminder
I'll be going back to school this Tuesday, so I won't be as active on the wiki during the week unless I manage to finish all my homework and squeeze a few minutes in. I'll be more active on the weekends. You'll still see me online, though. Mari0fan100 (talk) 15:36, 6 January 2019 (EST)
Vandal talk pages
Hello, regarding your recent edits, while we do use the {{block}} template for talk pages of blocked users if they are not permanently blocked or if they have a talk page history that does not exclusively contain the welcome template, such as with Sonicperson's talk page, if the user is a vandal with a talk page that only contains the welcome template we generally delete the talk page outright, and in this case the {{delete}} template should be used. Thanks! Doomhiker (talk) 13:57, 13 January 2019 (EST)
RE:Sorry....
For future reference, proposals that effect how the administrative team works are a no, whether it's about block lengths or promotions/demotion. If you have a suggestion, you can post on an admin's talk page and it will be brought up internally.
In regards to the proposal, however, it's been decided that we will stick to the 2 week -> 3 month -> indefinite line for users. If there is a problem with their block, it can also be brought up, and the blocked user also has the option to email us through the link on the Admin Noticeboard. 23:02, 15 January 2019 (EST)
RE Informal Reminder
It is true that not all users are blocked because of direct vandalism, however sockpuppeting, having an inappropriate username or another action that would grant them a block can be classified as a form of vandalism due to being malicious done, which is what I meant in my vote, so I apologize for any confusion. Thanks for your understanding. Doomhiker (talk) 6:47, 19 January 2019
- True, however YoshiStar28 was evading a ban. If we did not block users who evaded bans the punishments for ban-worthy actions would be worthless, and if we did not ban sockpuppets than proposals would be filled with people voting multiple times. If you have any questions or concerns about how and why users are blocked, you should contact an Admin and if you want a change in that system then you can ask them to bring it up internally. Thanks for your understanding. Doomhiker (talk) 14:23, 20 January 2019 (EST)
Replying to old users
Hi, in the future, try to avoid contacting really old users for reasons like talk page archives like you did here. It usually isn't at all a good idea to start or reply to conversations that are outdated or no longer valid, as it adds no constructive input. In this case, said user hasn't edited since mid-2015, and though it is possible, it's highly unlikely that they'll actually respond to your comment in a timely manner. Thanks! (T|C) 10:51, 25 January 2019 (EST)
- Thanks! I noticed that I also replied to Xzelion's talk page, but he was inactive, too... Anyway, I'll try not to reply to old comments again. Mari0fan100 (talk) 19:15, 25 January 2019 (EST)
RE: Block lengths
Former block was a mistake on my part. What's done is done, no need to correct it unless they do something block-worthy again. Mario JC 04:52, 28 January 2019 (EST)
