Pansers are enemies commonly found in the land of Sub-Con. They, along with Pokeys, are the only known hostile plant species in Sub-Con. There are 3 types of Pabser: Red, Green, and Blue. Red will stay in one place and shoot three fireballs, Green will patrol an area and shoot fireballs, and Blue will chase you and shoot three fireballs.
