Green Shells are TERRIBLE. It’s just a stupid shell. That's what we're given. This item is only useful for two reasons: it's good for powering up Hotheads and for hitting opponents, but that's only if you're good at aiming. Number 1 (Worst): Smoke Ball.
This item first debuted in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. It has been in every game since, and will even be confirmed for the next Smash Bros. game. Why? This item does nothing to change the gameplay. It has no real effect on the players, and it comes up almost as much as the POW Block does. If you don't know what item I'm talking about, it's the Smoke Ball. I have always wanted to fight someone without trouble seeing, only to get the Smoke Ball in my face as a result. The smoke fails miserably.
