A Peachy Peach is a healing item found in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Mario receives the item if he stays at the Twilight Town Inn. A Peachy Peach only heals one HP and two FP.

Peachy Peaches are also found in Super Paper Mario, where one will heal twelve HP and cure poison.
