Barb is a character in Mario Tennis: Power Tour who hails from Empire. In the Island Open, Clay or Ace faces her in the first round. Unlike Dweezil and Mynx, she is unseeded and not considered as much of a threat as her fellow Empire players and seems to be fairly naive.
