- Nintendo announced the Super NES Classic Edition (pictured), which will be released on September 29, 2017 in the Americas and Europe, September 30 in Australia, and October 5 in Japan, and will feature 21 built-in games including Super Mario Kart, Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, Super Mario World, Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, and Donkey Kong Country.
- New Play Control! Donkey Kong Jungle Beat and WarioWare: Smooth Moves were released on the Wii U eShop as digital downloads in Japan on June 21, 2017.
- The New Nintendo 2DS XL was released in Australia on June 15, 2017.
