- This article is about the Microgame in the WarioWare series. For the Olympic event with a similar name, see Hammer Throw (Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games).
Template:Minigame-infobox Hammer Toss is one of the Microgames in the Sports folder in WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$!.
Gameplay
There is a shot put field on the screen, and a man swinging a ball and chain around. The players must press the button to release the ball while it is lined up with the orange area. As the difficulty level increases, the target area gets smaller. There is a slight delay from the pressing of the button to the release, so the players should press the button earlier than it looks like they should.
- 1st level difficulty: The target area is 1/4 wide.
- 2nd level difficulty: The target area is 1/6 wide.
- 3rd level difficulty: The target area is 1/8 wide.
