The Hoohooligans are an elliptical people that inhabit Hoohoo Village. Their body structure is very comparable to a cactus, but they are most likely designed after upright beans. Their civilization is apparently very old; the ancient Hoohooligans wrote jokes in an ancient language called Hooroglyphy and constructed the Hoohooros.
In Mario & Luigi: Dream Team, Hooskis who resemble brown Hoohooligans appear.
