The House Key is an item appearing in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and Super Paper Mario.
History
Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door
In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, the House Key is an item that Mario must find to complete a trouble. Garf lost his House Key, so he can't get back into his house. After Mario returns the key to Garf he rewards Mario with twenty coins. The key is found near Zess T.'s roof in front of the Lovely Howz of Badges.
Super Paper Mario
In Super Paper Mario, the House Key is an Important Thing found in Merlee's Mansion. It is inside the far right room on the second floor. It is used to open a door on the first floor and at the same time, free Gnaw.
Trouble Center Details
- Garf: "Need a Key!"
- "They call me Garf. I have lost my key and, thus, cannot get into my house. It should be somewhere in Rogueport. I just need someone to find it! I'll be waiting for you at the house at the very back end of east Rogueport."
