Template idea for the prefix "Media:"

Both prefixes display a link instead of the image itself but there are some key differences:

`Media:`	Prevents file from showing up in Special:UnusedFiles but no file page link.
`:File:`	Does not prevent file from showing up in Special:UnusedFiles but file page link is provided.

That's what this template addresses by bring the best of both worlds together.
