Dryites are a race of Toads that live at the Dry Dry Outpost in the game Paper Mario. They look the same as other Toads, except that they wear turbans and desert clothing instead of mushroom caps and vests due to the desert setting's sands that stings their skin. (If Toads' mushroom caps are to be thought of as heads, than it can be said that Dryites actually wear their turbans over their caps; however, Goombario states that their turbans are the reason for their large heads, suggesting that Dryites do indeed lack mushroom caps.)
