They also do not aimlessly follow a set direction, making their way of locomotion unique from those of other creatures of the game. If [[Mario]] hops on them, Janpa will change their behavior, as they begin to jump vertically and higher than usual. Janpa (ジャンパー[1]) are frog creatures that appear in Donkey Kong for the Game Boy. They bedwell the Jungle area and can be seen in stage 4-10.
