An Ultra Shroom Shake is an item in Super Paper Mario. It heals the user 50 HP and heals the Poison status ailment. If given to Saffron, the Flipside chef, she can cook it into a Shroom Steak. The mushroom on the shake strongly resembles a 1-Up Mushroom. The only reason why it replaced the normal Ultra Mushroom as the basic recovery item is because Ultra Mushrooms were only found in some of the blocks, and recovered HP the moment they were touched.
