Spanias are a sub-species of Spinias that are found in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door and Super Paper Mario. Unlike most sub-species who are either weaker or stronger than the true species, Spanias stats are exactly the same as Spinias. In fact, the only real difference between Spinias and Spanias is that, while Spinias are green, Spanias are orange and possess spikes on their heads, meaning jump attacks won't work and will prove to be counter-productive.
