Missile Bills first appeared in Super Mario Bros. 3. They are red Bullet Bills that have heat-seeking visuals. A Missile Bill will turn around once if it misses its target.

They make a surprise appearance in Super Mario Sunshine at Pinna Park's beach. They're purple and shot from the Monty Mole's cannon. Simply spray them with water and they'll explode. They will almost always home-in so don't bother trying to outrun them.
