Specter Inspector is a Duel Mini-game featured in Mario Party 8. The players' goal is to find three "classic" enemies (such as Koopa Troopa, Penguin, etc.) before their opponent. To find them, the player must walk around the room and shine their flashlight on objects that seem to be rapidly shaking. Either an enemy will be found, or a Luigi's Mansion ghost will appear. Ghosts waste time, and they do not count toward the player's score.
