Sukōpī (スコーピー[1], meaning "Scorpy") are dangerous arthropod creatures, designed after scorpions, which appear in the Game Boy remake of Donkey Kong. Three can be seen in stage 5-11 of the Desert, out of which only two can be interacted with, since the other one is left outside the boundaries of the stage's accessible map.
Sukōpī are indestructible enemies that run up walls and ceilings, always following the path opening in front of them and walking at a constant speed. Should Mario come in contact with one of these enemies, he loses a life.
