The Bitsize Candy is a yellow Candy in Mario Party 8. It has a picture of an 8-bit Mario on the wrapper, and when a player uses it, they transform into an 8-bit (but still 3D) version of themselves. As a "Bitsize" Character, they hit Coin Blocks with 3 coins inside each for every space they move until their turn is done (this is like the Flower Orb from Mario Party 7). Notice that the character doesn't actually turn 8-bit because the colors that the "bitsized" versions of the character has are colors that the 8-bit sprites didn't support in the Super Mario Bros. days. There are also more colours than possible to use in one sprite on the NES. Template:Candies
