A Terra Cotta is an advanced version of the Terrapin soldiers appearing as enemies in Bowser's Keep in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. Though they have changed sides and work for the Smithy Gang, they are easily scared off by Bowser.
Trivia
Their name is a reference to the ceramic terra cotta.
