Mr. Kipperis a sub-species of Cheep-Cheep that can be found in The Sea as well as in the Sunken Ship, in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. They are close relatives to Goby, another enemy that appeared in the Kero Sewers. They are often met in a team with Crusties and Bloopers.
