Three Musty Fears

The Three Musty Fears (a pun on The Three Musketeers) are a group of undead characters in the Super Nintendo Mario game, Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. The Three Musty Fears consist of a Boo, a Dry Bones and a Greaper. They appear in Mario's dream when he sleeps in a bed located in Monstro Town, telling him to find their three flags that they've hidden all over the Mushroom Kingdom. One is located under Mario's bed inside of Mario's Pad, one is located between the O and A in GOAL at the beginning of the track at Yo'ster Isle, and one is located hiding behind the flower sign in Rose Town. Once all of these flags are gathered and Mario rests in the same bed, Mario will receive a Ghost Medal from them. If he is currently holding an Accessory, it will get replaced with the Ghost Medal in the Equip menu. If he sleeps in the bed again, they will appear and mention if Mario is wearing the medal or not.
