PK Starstorm is the Final Smash of both Ness and Lucas in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U. The move is based upon a PSI attack appearing in both EarthBound and Mother 3. When used in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, the character summons meteors that rain down on the stage, damaging anybody hit by them. The meteors summoned by Ness rain down outward and individually, knocking opponents up and dealing more damage, while Lucas's rain down in an inward direction in groups as well as knocking opponents away.
In Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U, PK Starstorm is entirely changed. The meteors no longer rain down randomly across the stage, instead being concentrated in one area. The angle at which the meteors fall can also be adjusted with the control stick, and the meteors deal fire damage.

Trivia
- In the MOTHER / EarthBound series, Ness and Lucas do not actually learn PK Starstorm. According to their respective Final Smash trophies in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, it is stated that they were instead taught by the party members that learn the move in their respective games (Poo from EarthBound taught Ness, and Kumatora from Mother 3 taught Lucas).
