The [[Golden Mushroom]] came back as a capsule in [[Mario Party 5]], where it went under the name [[Super Mushroom]] and could be thrown to a space on the board, or used on the player for 10 [[coin]]s. It's effect was still the same as from ''[[Mario Party 2]]'' and ''[[Mario Party 3]]''. In ''[[Mario Party 6]]'' and ''[[Mario Party 7]]'', it became an Orb that players could only use on themselves.
