Mother Chuckalola, also known simply as Chuckalola, is a large, seemingly female tree found at the very end of Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga's Chucklehuck Woods area. She is a tan tree with pink leaves and a large, striped trunk. Chuckalola has little involvement in-game, as she houses the Chuckola Reserve and nothing more.
Chuckalola is first mentioned by Chuckleroot, who informs Mario and Luigi that she, a "great tree", is right ahead. After they get past him, they come across Mother Chuckalola, who has a door-like entry-way at her base; Popple and Rookie sneak in first before Mario and Luigi get there. Inside, they find Bubbles and the Chuckola Reserve, as well as Popple and Rookie tied up by Bubbles. The Chuckola Reserve then morphed into Chuckolator and Bubbles sent it after Mario and Luigi. After the Chuckolator's defeat, it reverted into the Reserve and Bubbles collapsed the floor of Mother Chuckalola, sending it, along with Mario and Luigi, into an underground cavern.
