Earth Quake is an item found in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. In battle, the item causes the ground the shake, dealing five damage to one ground enemy. It, of course, won't effect airborn enemies. However, an Earth Quake will flip over any enemies with shells (Koopas, Buzzy Beetles, Spinys, etc.). It's a relativly common item and many enemies carry them. Zess T. can make an Earth Quake with a Point Swap and Thunder Bolt.
