Gloam Valley is the setting of Chapter 2 in Super Paper Mario. It within itself doesn't appear much throughout the chapter, but Merlee's Mansion, located in the swamp, is vastly explored. The only notable event that occurred here was Boomer joining Mario's party. The valley, much like Twilight Town, is in a perpetual state of twilight. Mario and company hopped on a platform ahead with a Squig, and they had to flip to see flip blocks. They had to defeat many enemies, and they enter a pipe. They tried to defeat a Growmeba and after him, they had to rescue Boomer. They returned outside, and while they jumped, they got attacked by a Jawbus, and they had to go through, hitting a switch. Near the block, they got attacked by a few Cherbils. | Gloam Valley is the setting of Chapter 2 in Super Paper Mario.
