Mario Party 10 is an upcoming game for the Wii U. It is the tenth home console installment in the Mario Party series. The game features many reused gameplay elements from its predecessor. It is confirmed that the game has a standard Party Mode and a special mode called Bowser Party. Mini Stars return in normal party, as well as vehicles in both modes. The game is also planned to be compatible with amiibo[1].

Gameplay

For the first time in the series, Mario Party 10 offers two modes of play: Mario Party and Bowser Party.

Mario Party

Mario Party is the normal gameplay, where the characters have to get to the end of the path with the most Mini Stars. The Mini Stars are thus returning from Mario Party 9. There will be some ostacles on the path, like a Whomp blocking it, like in Perilous Palace Path from Mario Party: Island Tour.
