The Hurricane is Bowser's new kart that's unlocked after the player beats the Nitro Grand Prix in 100cc mode in Mario Kart DS. It resembles the Koopa Clown Car, but in the form of an airplane with two non-functional propellers. It has average drift and low acceleration, turning, and items, along with high speed and weight. This kart, along with the ROB-BLS, has the highest top speed in the game.
