Upon receiving its orders, this Tweeter Bat flew towards Mario, Luigi, Toad and Princess Toadstool; upon seeing Mario with a box of spaghetti, the Tweeter Bat grabbed it in its talons and began to fly away with it, towards Count Koopula's castle, despite Mario, Luigi, Toad and Princess Toadstool's attempts to stop it.
Later, while staying in Count Koopula's castle, Mario and Luigi encountered another Tweeter Bat in their room.
