Orbulon is an alien from the Wario Ware games. He is apparently intelligent because his genre is IQ. He begins the Warioware, Inc. Mega Party Game$ story by hitching a ride with Dribble and Spitz, disguised as a woman. When they arrived on his home planet, Orbulon made Dribble and Spitz his underlings.
He also appears in WarioWare: Smooth Moves as a playable character. His mini-games are the only ones where you use both the wiimote and nunchuck.
