Goombette

Template:Smrpgenemy A Goombette is a tiny Goomba found in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. A similar species called Micro Goombas are found in many other games. Goombettes appear in the battle with Hidon in the Sunken Ship. Despite their diminutive size, they are actually stronger than a normal Goomba. However, they barely have any special moves, except for Poison. Some Goombettes also reside in Monstro Town, better known there as the Triplets.

• The Goombette's Psychopath thought is a reference to the United States of America's twenty-sixth President, Theodore Roosevelt. His motto was "Speak softly and carry a big stick. You will go far".
• Chuck Quizmo's first quiz in the game Paper Mario features "Goombette" as an incorrect name for Goombario's little sister.
