Tap-Tap the Red Nose is the mid-boss of World Six in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. He jumps around trying to hit you. The blocks that make up the floor over the lava pit can be blown away by egg hits. If he lands in the lava you'll win.
There are two invisible wing clouds hidden in the blocks.
