Block Monolifts are dark-blue Monolifts with pale yellow eyes that appear in Mario & Luigi: Dream Team, where they assist Mammoshka in battle by coming into battle with blocks of ice containing various types of headgear that will prevent Mammoshka's weakness being exploited with varying degrees of effectiveness. These pieces of headgear include a wooden pail, a slightly cracked blue helmet or a spiked red helmet.
Block Monolift X
Block Monolifts also appear in the Battle Ring as Block Monolift Xs, which appear as part of the Normal Class 4 battle alongside Mammoshka X. Block Monolift Xs closely resemble Monolift Rs in terms of body colour but is slightly lighter. The retain the pale yellow eyes their normal counterpart has, and has the boosted stats typical to the Battle Ring X enemies.
