The Egg Rider is Yoshi's special kart in Mario Kart Arcade GP 2 and Mario Kart Arcade GP DX. With a white body and green spots, It is essentially an Yoshi Egg on red wheels. It has a glider in GPDX. It also resembles the Egg 1 from Mario Kart DS and Mario Kart 7.
In Mario Kart Arcade GP 2, the Egg Rider has good acceleration and average speed. In Mario Kart Arcade GP DX, it advantages in Handling.

The Egg Rider has an off-road boost.Referencing the Egg 1 is that it has a weight disadvantage but an acceleration boost. Also, just like Egg 1, the Egg Rider looks like an egg, green spots with a white body. The kart is also unrelated to the beta kart found in DS.
