In New Super Mario Bros. U (pictured), the reason why Bowser didn't knock someone over after turning giant was because the dodging replaced being knocked over.
Mario Party 2 is the only Mario Party installment to be released on the Virtual Console.
The green color of Luigi's clothing was inspired by the enemy Shellcreeper.
