He is the leader of the Pi'llow people who were petrified by Antasma. Dreambert explains to Mario, Luigi, and Starlow that there are two powers in the Dream World: the Dreamstone and the Darkstone, which was destroyed by Antasma. Dreambert requests that the three help free the imprisoned Pi'illows as they search for Princess Peach.[1]
